The Users and Customers together referred to as the ‘Users’ for the purposes of this General Privacy Policy.

1. Quest **will never ask the Users to share their Bank Details including credit card information or information related to any wallet through emails, Quest **Support chat or phone calls, except the payment proofs for the services purchased.
2. Quest **will never request its Users to disclose their Account password via email, phone calls or any other mode of communication whether electronic or not.
3. TYPE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED AND PURPOSE: The Users also consent that the Quest **can record their Video and Photos and can use their testimonials for marketing and promotional purposes without taking separate authorisation for the same.

5. INFORMATION PROTECTION AND SECURITY MEASURES: We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or access your account. 10. INFORMATION RETENTION AND DELETION: Quest **retains user profile and other information for as long as you maintain your account with us.

Quest **retains transaction, location, usage and other information for seven (7) years in connection with regulatory, tax, insurance or other requirements in the places in which it operates. Quest **thereafter deletes or anonymises such information in accordance with applicable laws.

Users may request deletion of their accounts at any time. Following such request, Quest **deletes the information that it is not required to retain and restricts access to or use of any information it is required to maintain. You may request deletion of your account at any time by visiting the Support Portal. In certain circumstances, Quest **may be unable to delete your account; such as if there is an outstanding credit on your account or an unresolved claim or dispute. Upon resolution of the issue preventing deletion, Quest **will delete your account as described above.

Quest **may also retain certain information if necessary, for its legitimate business interests, such as fraud prevention and enhancing Users' safety and security. For example, if Quest **shuts down a user's account because of unsafe behaviour or security incidents, Quest **may retain certain information about that account to prevent that user from opening a new Quest **account in the future.

11. BUSINESS TRANSFERS OR CORPORATE STRUCTURING OR RE-STRUCTURING: In the event, Quest **goes through a business transition, transfer, merger, acquisition, and de-merger, corporate structuring and restructuring, our Users’ personal information may be part of the assets transferred. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur and that any acquirer of Quest **or its assets may continue to use your personal information as outlined in this Privacy Policy. Whenever such events take place, Quest **will inform the Users through email notification.
12. SPECIAL INFORMATION FOR EUROPEAN UNION (EU) USERS: Beginning May 25, 2018, the processing of personal data of users in the European Union is subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred as ‘GDPR’).

In order to comply with Quest **Requirements, we have drafted as separate privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as ‘GDPR Privacy Policy’) and the same is available on our Website. This GDPR Privacy Policy applies to only EU Residents.

13. CHOICE AND TRANSPARENCY: Quest **provides means for you to see and control the information that Quest **collects. You may request that Quest **provide you with explanation, copies or correction of your data and such request can be placed by writing to our Support Team. Following requests can be placed with Quest **under this Clause;
